Police said a blue Audi S6 collided with a Vauxhall Vectra and BMW in Pitville Street, Darwen last night.

The incident happened shortly after 7pm and officers said the car had been spotted travelling at high speeds in nearby streets.

Moments after the crash firefighters were called to a car fire in a back alley.
