HEARING: Blackburn Magistrates Court.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Emile Nicol, 20, of Birch Hall Avenue, Darwen, when she failed to appear before Blackburn magistrates to answer a charge of being drunk and disorderly in Wellington Fold.
