A MAN has been arrested after being found on the roof of a derelict building in Darwen, police said.
The 21-year-old was found on top of the former Highfield Working Men’s Club in Ratcliffe Street at around 10.40am today.
Officers said that the man was threatening to jump off if they got close and was throwing bricks.

It took police almost two hours to persuade the man to come down.
The area around the club was cordoned off.
The man was arrested on suspicion of affray and is now in custody.
No one was injured.
