A MOTORIST escaped injury after a car collided with a house in Shear Brow, Blackburn in the early hours of this morning.
Police said two other cars were then involved in a collision at the scene near the junction of East Park Road.

The emergency services were alerted to the scene at around 3am and made one vehicle safe before leaving.
Police said no arrests were made and no-one was injured.

A structural engineer from Blackburn with Darwen Council checked over the property but found it to be structurally safe.
The road was closed for a short time while the inspection was carried out.
