Lower Darwen security warning after spike in bike and tool thefts
A SECURITY warning has been issued to business owners and residents in Lower Darwen following a spike in bike and tool thefts.
PCSO Justin Limb said: “Over the last few weeks there has been a number of incidents where homes and businesses in the Lower Darwen area have been targeted by criminals stealing tools and bikes, amongst other things.

“Please make sure your homes, businesses and sheds are securely locked. Can I urge everyone to report suspicious activity to police on 101.”
