Plans to build 22 new homes in Darwen submitted to council
PLANS to build 22 new three and four-bedroom homes on land at Bury Fold Lane, Darwen, have been submitted to the council.
A spokesman for planning agents Avalon said: “It is intended to erect 22 dwellings in part of the grounds of Ellerslie. Topography and existing tree cover preclude the development of much of the property.
“Two areas are to be developed, a larger area to the west of the house with 19 dwellings and a smaller area to the north east with three.”
