THE Old Function Rooms in Watery Lane, Darwen, will host a Bogart’s reunion for anyone who went to the popular club in Cranberry Lane in years gone by.
The pub is under new management after Lisa Walsh, formerly of Hoddlesden Conservative Club, took the reins in November.

Both upstairs and downstairs will be open for the free party night, on February 21, from 8pm. There will be a DJ playing all the popular 80s hits that would have been heard in the now knocked-down club.
Mrs Walsh said: “People used to love going to Bogart’s and We have already had people creating playlists of songs they want to hear on the night.
“I just thought there was no better place to have it than at the bottom of Cranberry near the shop where everyone used to go to get their cheap cider before heading up to the club!”
Mrs Walsh said she also planned to start putting on roast dinners on Sundays from next month.
