What will these 'wasters' do to slake their cruelty fetish, if they cant chase and kill a fox ?
We ALL know that fox hunting STILL goes on covertly, in the guise of a 'drag hunt'.
About time these Middle Age pursuits were consigned to dim history, along with Bear Baiting and burning witches !

I guess the anti-hunt psychopaths will have to find something else to do on boxing day, may be they could burn down a butchers shop or something.

What a mighty relief foxes, horses, dogs, etc will feel knowing that the Rivington Boxing Day annual animal slaughter has been called off. Kath Smith (hunt secretary) will have to be content with regaling at the ’pub meet’ of previous Holcombe ritual animal killings. Strange how at this time of the year we wish comfort and joy to all beings, yet the Kath Smith’s of this world want nothing better than to kill animals. Therefore, may I wish the hunt fraternity an un-merry xmas, and a disastrous new year?

And how many oppose to the killing of the dinner on your plate? Wonder if you all condoned the incident of the fox injuring those babies in london? Thought not. Now pipe down and wind your necks in and leave people to control pests however they see fit.

but it's not pest control, it's the local kn0bs and hooray henrys dressing up like clowns to hunt down an animal in a cruel way. This is why people don't care much either way for rabbiting or fishing. It's mainly the 'posh' stuff like deer and bird hunting that gets the people fired up.

Defending the indefensible is not easy, perhaps that is why ‘pocket brain’,’ bacon butty‘, and ‘righton retard’ have gone ‘off thread’. The bottom line is explain to me and others why there is the necessity for people to dress up like clowns, in numbers, and chase a tiny fox to exhaustion and then have it ripped to pieces by trained dogs. Correct me if I am wrong, but it can only be to gratify some sadistic impulse, or maybe these morons are getting their ‘rocks off’. Who knows what goes on in their sick minds.

Maybe the hunt should take up some other hobby more accustomed to modern times such as theft, mugging, joyriding or just getting drunk in public places.

She is clearly suffering from "fluffy bunny" syndrome. These type of people hate mankind and refuse to accept that people should be allowed to take part in lawfull pursuits if it doesn't agree with their insular view of life. I know many people who hunt and fish, and all of them without exception are good caring people who would hate to see a person or an animal in any sort of distress. Do these people not realise that if it wasn't for people who follow countryside pursuits there would not be any wildlife for them to see. I'll bet that she buys her meat from a supermarket where it is raised in poor conditions and then killed without being stunned, (as allmost all supermarkets meat is halal) rather than buying (or shooting) free range because it is more expensive.

Predictably when the pro-hunt crew are put on the spot to justify killing animals for fun, they invariably put up a smoke screen and go off topic. They churn out the same old clichés “you hate mankind so you want to spoil our pleasures”, “it is part of our tradition to kill animals”, or the classic from Bacon Butty, “hunt supporters are kind, caring, God fearing people” oh yeah. I mean -‘hello’ - this is the 21st century the world has moved on from bear baiting - public hangings - and feeding Christians to lions in the name of entertainment.

Call me old fashioned, but I believe that people have to earn the right to say they are human beings, so that automatically excludes pro-hunt supporters. It is gratifying to know that the hunt mob are universally despised, and until the ‘Bacon Butties’ of this world can give a coherent rational explanation as to why people kill animals for pleasure they will always be held in contempt.
