The main link road from the M65 J3 to Blackburn is closed following a fire in a caravan containing gas cylinders last night at Riley Green, near Hoghton.
The incident on the A674 Finnington Lane, Riley Green, has today caused delays both ways between M65 J3 / A675 (Riley Green) and A6061 Riley Green Switch Road.
