Leading property consultancy, CB Richard Ellis, has advised on a deal that sees Warner Asset Management, occupy the first phase of a new mixed use development at Matrix Park, Buckshaw Village, Chorley.
Warner, having relocated from Winckley Square, Preston, is the first occupant in the recently completed phase at Matrix Park, securing 2,500 sq ft of high quality office space on a five-year deal at £16 per sq ft.
CBRE are joint letting agents with Pinkus & Co on the development owned by Westmarch Investments Ltd. No 1 Buckshaw, a prominent, self contained, 17,500 sq ft building on two floors, is available for lease or for sale.

It is capable of sub division into suites from 3600 sq ft to 8700 sq ft and is fully DDA compliant.
Three additional, self contained terraced units of 3,100 and 2,500 sq ft are also available on a similar basis.
