Planners to consider housing plan

Plans to build 27 properties on land at the back of 243-289 Preston Old Road, Clayton-le-Woods, Chorley, have been submitted to planners at Chorley Borough Council.
The plans, submitted by Wainhomes of Chorley, includes altering the access to the site and providing residents' parking.
