A TEENAGER has been told to keep his dog muzzled, and on a lead, or it will be destroyed.
Chorley Council applied to the town’s magistrates for a dog control order on 19-year-old Connor Ellison’s Alsatian.
Ellison, of Farm Back Lane, Charnock Richard, admitted a dangerous dog complaint.
He has to move a postbox at his house outside the front gate, and pay £1,165 in costs
