Santa clash at Charnock Richard hotel for TV comedy drama

A Charnock Richard hotel was transformed into a Lithuanian town for the filming of a star-studded TV drama.
ITV’s Clash of the Santa’s, featuring heart-throb Robson Green, and funny man Mark Benton, was filmed at the Park Hall Hotel, Charnock Richard earlier this year.
Snow and props were all brought in to the hotel to give the area an east European look and feel for the show which will be broadcast on Sunday.
Several areas outside the hotel’s historic Medieval Banqueting suite were used to create an authentic atmosphere for the two hour special.
The outdoor jousting tournament at neighbouring Camelot Theme Park was also used during filming.
