Charnock Richard car fire brings M6 traffic to a halt

Traffic is stationary on the M6 southbound near Chorley due to smoke blowing across the road from a car fire just after Charnock Richard Services.

Matrix signs are set to 40mph and all traffic has been stopped just after the services.
