Award-winning housebuilder Redrow is offering its innovative and low-cost Debut homes at Buckshaw Village with prices from less than £81,000 - but with only four properties left for sale, potential purchasers will have to hurry.

Lesley Myers, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), said: "According to the Halifax the number of first time buyers entering the housing market is at an all-time low since 1980 and, only recently, the Abbey announced that two-thirds of potential first time buyers had shelved their plans.

"Fortunately it doesn't have to be this way for would-be home owners in the Chorley area - provided they're quick.

"Our Debut range offers stylish homes and a quality living environment, but without the big price tag.

"It's a concept that has proved unbelievably popular with young home buyers in the Chorley area.

"To make home ownership even more accessible, Debut customers can normally defer 10 per cent of the initial purchase price for up to 10 years, but with these last few homes we've increased the deferred Easi-buy' option to 15 per cent.

"This means that someone can now get onto the property ladder at Buckshaw Village for an initial outlay of just £80,745."

This fantastic deal is available on the final D3' designs, which form part of the second successful Debut development to be built as part of the award-winning Buckshaw Village.

The D3 is a two-storey home with its double bedroom and bathroom at entry level and a bright, modern open-plan living area and fitted kitchen above. It comes with a designated parking space.

For details of the last two remaining Debut properties at Buckshaw Village, call 0845 676 0288 or visit www.redrow.co.uk/developments/view/37.

Alternatively, go to www.debutbyredrow.co.uk for more information about the Debut product range, including video walk-throughs of some of the designs.

The price of £80,745 is with Debut Easi-buy' assistance of 15 per cent. The total cost without Easi-buy is £94,995.
