Business leaders will be gathering for a special event to mark the launch of high quality industrial and distribution premises in Chorley.
Developer Helios City has just completed phase one of the Buckshaw Link releasing state-of-the-art business premises ideally located for the North West market.
The development, which has been made possible by the support of Chorley Council, will provide over 120,000 sq ft of prime industrial and distribution accommodation giving a boost to the local economy with the prospect of new jobs in the borough.
Councillor Peter Malpas, Chorley Council's Executive Member for Economic Development and Regeneration, said: "It's really exciting to see the first phase of the Buckshaw Link development complete.
"This is going to give a real boost to the borough by creating new jobs and attracting more businesses to Chorley."
The launch of Buckshaw Link will take place on Thursday, March 13, at Unit B1, between 8am and 10am.
