Speed indicator devices have been erected on roads in Buckshaw Village.
The move has been welcomed my those attending police meetings who identified speeding on Central Avenue, Buckshaw Avenue and Old Worden Avenue as priorities.
The first location likely to be used is on Buckshaw Avenue near to the junction with Sharrock Street.
