Derian House Children's Hospice plans gala

A charity in Chorley is holding a summer gala to raise fund for the good cause.

The event will take place at Derian House Children's Hospice, Chancery Road, Astley Village, on June 7 and 8, with a host of fun activities planned for all the family.

Entertainments on offer from 10am-4pm will include live music, fairground rides, a craft marquee, donkey rides and visits from football mascots.

Food and soft drinks will also be available as well as planned tours of the hosice that helps poorly youngsters from Chorley and across Lancashire.

Admission will be £1 including free entrance to the raffle.
