Runshaw College's Foxholes Brasserie has raised more than £80 for the fund set up for Chorley stab victim Jessica Knight.

As part of their course the level three students have to plan, market and supervise a theme event.

The events have included The Blitz', Saturday Night Fever' and a Medieval Evening'.

Last year they raised more than £1,500 for various charities and their most recent Beach Party theme raised £87.82 for the Jessica fund.

Foxholes Brasserie is a training restaurant at the back of Runshaw College, Langdale Road, Leyland.

The non-profit organisation gives local students the opportunity to develop their skills in a friendly working environment where they can build their confidence and self esteem.
