Former Chorley PCSO on sex charges

A POLICE community support officer has made a further appearance in court charged with web-cam sex offences and internet porn relating to young girls.
Steven Kenneth Evans, 23, of Bolton Road, Abbey Village, who is stationed in Chorley, was committed on bail to Burnley Crown Court by Blackburn magistrates, charged with engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a 12-year-old girl and inciting her to engage in sexual activity by touching herself.
The offences are alleged to have been committed via web-cameras at his home and the girl’s home in Warwickshire.
He is also charged with downloading indecent photographs and video clips of female children performing sex acts.
