Man admits damaging plants in Abbey Village

Mark Andrew Burgess, 37, of Bolton Road, Abbey Village, has been conditionally discharged for 12 months by Chorley magistrates, with £30 compensation and £50 court costs, after admitting to damaging plants belonging to Kirsty Tipping.
