Sickness hits ‘low’

Staff at Chorley Community Housing (CCH) have recorded sickness rates at an all time low.

Employees at the housing association have taken an average of less than two days off per employee during the past 12 months.

The figure is less than a fifth of the public sector average.

The figure has dropped more than 80 per cent in three years.
