Police in Chorley are keen to speak to a man captured on CCTV in relation to a cash card fraud offence.
The incident took place around 12.30pm on December 3 2009 at the Royal Bank of Scotland on Market Place in Adlington.
A man has entered the bank and attempted to withdraw money over the counter using a bank card which he had found in Chorley town centre.
The cashier has become suspicious and the man has left empty handed.
PC Jay Percy from Chorley Police said: "The offender was attempting to commit fraud by false representation which is a very serious offence and I would urge anyone with any information about the identity of the man in the CCTV to come forward."
Anyone who recognises this man is urged to contact Lancashire Police on 08451 253545.
