Acting on behalf of United Utilities, Trevor Dawson have completed the sale of two important strategic employment sites of 3.5 and 11.5 acres each in Blackburn.
The sites fronting Haslingden Road within the Shadsworth Business Park are a few minutes’ drive from Junction 5 of the M65. The sites are in a destination location for business with excellent retail, leisure and hotel facilities.
