Next month sees the launch of Ribble Film, a production company who aim to bring television standards to the corporate sector. Based in the Ribble Valley, the company is headed up by Liz Bloor, a Bafta nominated, RTS-winning, television producer/director and Steve Horrocks an RTS winning film cameraman; they have over fifty years experience of television production between them.
Over the course of their careers they have filmed some of the world’s biggest names including Fidel Castro, the King of Spain, the Duchess of Devonshire, Hollywood film stars, numerous politicians and leading industrialists. Just last year they were filming in Washington and on the beach in Thailand, now they are enjoying working nearer home.
Steve and Liz have both worked for the BBC, ITV, Channel Four and numerous independent companies. Their credits can be found on a wide range of work from current affairs classics like Panorama and Dispatches to Perspectives and other high-end documentaries.
Ribble Film has contacts with television’s most talented crews and performers, so whether you want a short film for your website, a training video, a recruitment drive or a longer creative film, take a look at their website: www.ribblefilm.co.uk
