ROSSENDALES, the Helmshore-based bailiff firm, has been awarded Credit Services Association Company Accreditation.
The award is an essential industry standard for all businesses involved in collections.
The initiative saw all its collectors undertake an online test of 40 questions covering unfair debt collection practices, treating customers fairly, lending standards, data protection, the Consumer Credit Act and dispute resolution.The company employs more than 200 staff.
