A DARWEN engineering business has opened new offices in Scotland and Stafford.
WEC Group, headed up at Britannia House in Junction Street, is be aiming to grow its customer base through its new offices.
Wayne Wild, group commercial director, said: “This is a step in the right direction for WEC Group as it improves our locality and relationships with suppliers and customers.
“The new Glasgow and Stafford offices are just the starting point of our expansion across the UK, and they already have great potential for growing the group’s manufacturing divisions even further.”
WEC Group has now become one of the largest profiling operations in the UK’s fabrication and engineering sector, with 21 state-of-the-art flat-bed laser cutting machines, two tube lasers, four waterjet cutting machines and 24 press brakes.
