Walkers find body at Rossendale beauty spot

A body was discovered on the outskirts of Rossendale at the weekend.
Walkers in Healey Dell nature reserve, between Whitworth and Rochdale, spotted the male body at the bottom of a railway viaduct, which runs through the reserve.
Officers from Greater Manchester Police cordoned off the scene and recovered the body at around 11.45am on Saturday.
There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances, and the case has been passed to the coroner.
