Burnley fight girl loses tooth

A TEENAGE girl lost a tooth in a fight in a car park.

The 19-year-old had it knocked out following an ‘altercation’ in the Burnley Mechanics car park early on Saturday.

A man had approached a car and had an argument with the people inside.

Detectives said when the teenager got out to protest, she was punched in the face by the man. A 32-year-old man was arrested at the scene and later bailed.

Det Sgt Ian McLean, from Burnley CID, appealed for information to the incident, which occurred at around 4.30am.

The attacker is described as a stocky Asian. His T-shirt was ripped during the fight. Call DC Julie Leigh on 01282 472282 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

Actually the girl didnt know the man who attacked her.it was just a random attack in the back of a carpark. Her and her friends went out and had a good night in Burnley, bare in mind that burnley ignite closes at 5:00am . the man in question was drugged up in the car opposite the car park and then took it upon himself to go over to the girls friends car and try to take the keys. The girl got out and protested so then the man punched the girl in the face and knocked her out and then went over to his car and got a baseball bat out ( while she was unconsious on the floor) and smacked her in the face with it, the article obviously doesnt give a very good idea of went on so you who read it have obviosuly got the wrong idea but they didnt know each other and the girl was not some sort of criminal she is a girl who goes to college and also works not some scumbag looking for a fight. The attack was completly unprovoked and in no way whatsoever did the young girl deserve it.
