Moves to get Ramsbottom kids reading more

YOUNGSTERS in Ramsbottom are being encouraged to use their local library and read more.
As part of the National Year of Reading children in Ramsbottom have been invited to enter a reading competition.
A competition is being held in which children will design a bookmark, the winning design will then be printed for customers to use.
Entries in by July 19 and winners will be notified by phone before July 26.
Children wishing to take part in the competition can pick up an entry form at Ramsbottom Library & Adult Learning Centre.
