HEARING: Blackburn Magistrates Court.
A 20-YEAR-OLD Padiham woman has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with allegedly having sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old boy.
Shauni Balderstone, of Bowness Road, was sent on bail to Burnley Crown Court charged with four offences of inciting the boy to engage in penetrative sexual activity and one of inciting him to have non-penetrative sexual activity.
The boy was 12 at the time of the first alleged offence in 2016 and 13 when the others were allegedly committed.
Balderstone will appear before the crown court on September 20.
A condition of bail is that she does not contact the aggrieved.
