A FITNESS group is set to host a health week to encourage people of all ages to get fitter and healthier.
The week of free, fun, information and activities has been organised by Pendle's Up and Active Team as part of a Lancashire-wide initiative.
It will include a family sports day, Tai Chi in the park, health checks, weight management roadshows and lunchtime walks,
Other activities taking place are a healthy eating/green day, Pendle Hill walk, walking football tournament, school workshops and taster fitness classes.
Up & Active Manager, Clive Escreet, said: "There really will be an awful lot going on for all ages - some informative, some interesting, but all of it fun."
The week takes place between September 16 and September 24.
