A TEENAGER has been reported missing from his home.

Police are ‘extremely concerned’ about the welfare of 19-year-old Adrian Scott-Lindo.

The 6ft tall teen left his Brierfield address this morning and has not returned, Burnley and Padiham Police said.

He is described as black, of slim build, clean-shaven and has short, black hair which is longer on top.

Adrian was last seen wearing a black puffa-style jacket and black Nike trainers.

Officers are also concerned about Adrian’s mental state and would like to hear from anyone who has information on his whereabouts.

Inspector David Clarke, of Burnley Police, said: “Adrian left home this morning and has not been seen or heard from since, which is very unusual.

“We have concerns about his safety as it is believed he has been suffering with mental health problems.

“Anybody with information about where he may be is urged to contact us.

“Similarly, we would urge Adrian himself, if he sees this appeal, to make contact to let us know he is safe.”

Anybody with information should contact police on 101, quoting log number 549 of today (June 22nd 2016).
