Officers used hand tools to gain access to the cab
FIREFIGHTERS were called to The Moorings, in Burnley, on Saturday morning after a child was accidentally locked in a van on a driveway.
Officers used hand tools to gain access to the cab and rescued the child, who was uninjured.
