The bikes were snatched from homes in Warren Drive, Britannia.
It comes as police announced a significant drop in crimes in Bacup.
Recent figures show there were 37 recorded crimes in the town in January, compared to 59 during the same month last year.
The bikes, stolen on Thursday, were two green Carrera mountain bikes, with white decals and white trim. The models have 21 gears with disc brakes, and the front brake is not working on one.
The other is a black, full size Canondale Trail mountain bike, with green decals and trim. This model has front suspension, 21 gears and disc brakes.
