A WOMAN is facing jail after attacking her partner with a pan and lunging at him with a knife.
Burnley Crown Court was told how Carmen Dean, 41, of Percy Street, Nelson struck on two days. Dean, who has a long record and has suffered three strokes in recent months, admitted two counts of assault causing actual bodily harm, on November 20 and 21.
Dean was remanded in custody until January 27 for a pre-sentence report. Judge Beverley Lunt ‘told her ‘everything’ including jail would be considered.
