A GAS engineer from Rossendale has been recognised for his dedication to customer service at the ‘Safe Trader Scheme Awards’.
Based in Rawtenstall, Alf’s Gas Appliance Services covers the whole of Rossendale, offering all aspects of service, repair, and installation of gas appliances.
Alan Hardman, who runs the business, has just received a Trader Excellence Award from Lancashire County Council for ‘consistently good customer feedback’.
The Safe Trader Scheme vets traders, and gets them to agree to a Code of Practice, showing they are committed to treating customers fairly.
Alan said: “Customer feedback is really important for me and I hope to continue this high level of service for all future customers.”
