Beer festival planned for Colne

THE ninth annual Pendle Beer Festival will be held at the end of January.
More than 100 real ales will be on offer at the festival at Colne Muni in Albert Road, from January 31 to February 2.
As well as ales, there will be ciders, perries and bottled beers, as well as food and live music.
The festival will start at 5pm on the Thursday, closing at 11pm. It will then be open from 11.30am to 11pm Friday and Saturday.
Entry costs £5 after 6pm on Friday and £3 at other times.
Camra members can get in for free.
There will be free soft drinks, balcony seating, disabled access and a charity prize draw.
