Our thoughts are with the family. I would like to ask the County Council whether the increase in the number of accidents on the M65 is directly related to them turning off the lights?

That seems unlikely as it is only between midnight and 5am when the lights have been turned off.

Really sad to hear this news...life is too short. I was on the motorway in the queue worrying about being late for work....this puts all of that nonsense into perspective. My thoughts are with Mr Sarchet's family and friends.

Although you are not known to us, as Chairman of well oiled mcc we would like to pass on our thoughts and respects to his family and friends.

Although the lighting on the m65 is a valid and dangerous point. Out of respect I dont think this is the place to have it. Thanks Brad
