DETECTIVES are hunting for this man after an ‘upsetting’ confrontation with a 12-year-old girl in Padiham.
Police say the victim was outside the One Stop Shop in Burnley Road when the man, in his 20s, made ‘inappropriate comments’ and gestures towards her before urinating in the street.
Detectives want to trace the man and discover if there have been any other similar incidents recently.
The incident took place on Wednesday, December 21, at around 2.20pm, but details have only just been released by Lancashire Police.
He was driving a white Renault Kagoo van, is of medium build, around 5ft 5ins. He wore a dark woollen hat, a black hooded top and jeans and had a number of tattoos.
