A PADIHAM man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with sexual activity with a girl under the age of 16.
Paul Edward Foster, 42, of Lawrence Street, Padiham, was sent on bail to stand trial at Burnley Crown Court after pleading not guilty to engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity.
He will appear before the Crown Court on May 30.
