A COLLEGE will stage a performance of Our House.

Pupils from Shuttleworth College in Padiham will take part in the award-winning musical, which features hit songs by Madness including It Must Be Love, Baggy Trousers and My Girl.

The plot follows the story of 16-year-old Joe Casey and how one decision changes his life.

The show will star year 9 pupil Aaron Fletcher as Good Joe and Jay Murray will Bad Joe with Paris Ellis playing the love interest Sarah.

Jay said: “I hadn’t heard of Madness until the musical.

“But I like them now.”

Aaron said: “My mum was obsessed with Madness. We play their songs all the time in the car now.”
