THE Park Hill Business Park, which has been used by Burnley High School since it was set up in 2014, has been put on the market for £2million.
The building, which is located off Padiham Road, Burnley, will be vacated by the free school later this year when its new multi-million pound building is finished.
The single-storey building was constructed in the 1980s and has recently been extensively refurbished.
It was originally planned to have been vacated earlier but complications surrounding a mineshaft on the new school’s site delayed construction.
The property also includes extensive grounds.
