A man was arrested after crashing his car while over the limit
A MAN crashed his car with his two-year-old child inside while over the drink-drive limit, police say.
The man was arrested after the incident in Padiham on Friday night.
Police said when breathalysed in custody he blew 100 microgrammes when the legal limit is 35.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said: “Male arrested in Padiham having crashed his car.
“He blew 100 when in custody. Legal limit being 35.
“Worryingly he had his two year old in the car with him.
“Luckily child is uninjured.”
