ARSONISTS are suspected after a block of flats was set on fire.
Firefighters say the fire in the four-flat complex on Browsholme Avenue, Burnley, was started by a lit newspaper pushed through the letter box into the communal hallway at 4.30am today.
Fire crews from Burnley and Nelson were called to the scene and residents were told to stay in their flats while the smoke-logged area was cleared.
