The case of Julian Wilkinson, 60, of Mill Hill Lane, Hapton, was adjourned at Burnley Crown Court.

He has earlier admitted 13 charges of indecent assault going back more than 20 years.

He will now be sentenced at Preston Crown Court at the beginning of June.

Judge Beverley Lunt, who said she had to decide whether he was dangerous, warned the defendant: "I cannot see any possibility of a community based sentence in this case.

"A lengthy custodial sentence is inevitable."

with regards to Gordon's comment.. if he read it properly it will be the same judge who gives the sentence so what is Gordon talking about??? the write up says he will most likely get a custodial sentence!!!

Perhaps it's a good thing that Judge Lunt can't make a decision in this case as he'd be given a community order. Says it all about her that it's referred to someone else to make the custodial decision.
