Police are hunting convicted sex offender Michael Booth.
A PADIHAM man convicted of sex offences against a 14-year-old girl is being hunted by police.
Michael Booth, 42, of Moor Lane, Padiham was found guilty of assault by penetration and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity after a trial at Manchester Crown Court in May.
He was bailed by the court with conditions to be sentenced at the court on July 5, but has failed to comply with those conditions, including failing to live at a specified address, police said.
Greater Manchester Police is appealing for the public's help to trace Booth, who they said has links to Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
Anyone who has seen him or knows of his current whereabouts is asked to call police on 0161 856 3540, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
