BURNLEY FC's Premier League clash against Chelsea has been rearranged to fall on the same day and time as Blackburn Rovers' home game next month.
Sky Sports has announced Burnley will be playing Chelsea in a rescheduled Premier League home match at Turf Moor on Thursday, April 19 at 7.45pm.
The game, which had previously been slated for March 17, was postponed following Chelsea's progression to the FA Cup quarter finals.
The revised fixture date however falls on the same day Blackburn Rovers' League One clash against Peterborough at Ewood Park, which will also be broadcast on Sky Sports.
Burnley and Blackburn Rovers rarely play home games on the same day because of policing issues.
Blackburn Rovers were unavailable to comment while Burnley FC declined to comment.
Lancashire Police were also approached for comment.
