A 37-YEAR-OLD man went round to his estranged partner’s house late at night and smashed a window with a wheelie bin.
Blackburn magistrates heard Aynsley Bordycott was frustrated over difficulties seeing his daughter since the breakdown of his relationship with Josephine Clarke.
Bordycott, of Norman Street, Burnley, pleaded guilty to criminal damage. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £100 compensation. He was made subject to a restraining order which prohibits him from having any contact with Miss Clarke for 12 months.
Geoffrey Ireland, defending, said there had been child contact difficulties since the relationship broke down.
