We have been inundated with lots of nominations on our Facebook page and website, and we want your vote to decide the winner.
A shortlist of 18 establishments include: Pavilion Cafe Alkincoats Park, Cafe 33, 8.3.1 Coffee, Cuppa Cabana, Aroma Coffee Shop (all Accrington), Potters Barn (Ribchester), Rhode Island, Mad Hatter, The Refreshment Bar (Blackburn) The Eatery Darwen, About Coffee, Teas to Please (Colne), Towngate Cafe (G Harwood) Jacks Cafe (Nelson), The Cabin (Barley), Wellsprings (Pendle), Blueberries (Clitheroe), Cafe Woodnook Centre.
